This Jutsu is basicly a water clone but make it fire. Tyger, At least 2 snakes. (Each snake =number of him.) Then another tyger. Not sure on rank. Also clones can turn into fireballs. He normally uses this to do his custom technique him and a friend use caleed "MAKE IT RAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIN!!!!" Where basically he and his clone/clones use phinox floower.

An Uchiha I made a long time ago on a different website... He made this technique... he didn't have many jutsu that weren't his own. The GM didn't let me have any actual jutsu, all he had was Phinox Flower... he wanted me to get creative.
